PHONE CONSULTATION

A quick consultation over the phone is absolutely free! During this call, we will discuss your concerns and address any issues you may have, without the pressure of having to book a one to one session or a place on a group class. If your concern is more complex, we may advise that you book a behavioural consultation for a more in-depth look at whatever it is you're worried about with your dog's behaviour, but again, there is absolutely no pressure.

BEHAVIOURAL CONSULTATION

If we haven't met your dog before, we'll need to conduct a behavioural consultation to begin with to see your dog either in person or through a zoom call, to determine what kind of issues your dog may be facing. The consultation is a fixed price at £50, and will last at least one hour - sometimes up to two hours.

Once we have met you and your dog, we can then determine an action plan, whether it to be to follow training recommendations on the day, or to move forward with weekly one to one sessions, or classes should they be available at the time.

After the consultation, we will send you a copy of the notes taken during the session, as well as the advice given and the recommended action plan for no extra charge.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS

Once you have had the initial Behavioural Consultation , you have the option to either go ahead with your personalised training plan solo, or you can book in for 1 to 1 training sessions (or into a class if they are available at the time). The cost of 1 to 1 sessions is £40 an hour, and can either be conducted at your home or a location away from home.

It is advised that for more complex issues, you book into 1 to 1 training sessions following the consultation, so you're able to work through any issues you may have with your dog with our support.

In cases of reactivity, it is advised you book a minimum of three one to one training sessions.

You do not need to pay for one to one sessions in advance, however you can get discounted sessions if you wish to block book, which is detailed below.

GROUP CLASSES

The cost of group classes can vary depending on what is being taught, how many weeks the class will be for, or what is being taught in the lessons. To give you an idea, the average cost of a six week dog training class is £75. Group classes such as puppy classes for example, are fixed term lessons (six weeks) and must be paid for in full the week before your attendance. The cost of puppy training group classes is £75 for those six weeks.

Group classes such as Scentwork and Gundog classes/workshops however, can be paid for on the day, and must be booked in advance.

BLOCK BOOKING (ONE TO ONE)

In cases of reactivity or complex issues, it is advised that you book a minimum of three one to one sessions. Some dogs may need more than this, or you may feel you have the tools to work together with your dog after three sessions.

You will receive a discount of 10% if you wish to book a block of three one to one sessions, a 15% discount for five weeks, and a 20% discount for eight weeks.

Therefore, the prices for these block bookings would cost:

- 3 x one to one sessions: £108

- 5 x one to one sessions: £170

- 8 x one to one sessions £256

Please note this does not include the initial Behavioural Consultation fee.
